Sunday, October 5th - "Recycle Your Tote" Program Begins

Beginning Sunday, October 5th -"Recyle Your Tote" program starts
at freckle face.

During our Grand Opening Party this summer we gave out
canvas freckle face tote bags to the first 20 shoppers.

On every first Sunday of each month if you shop using your
freckle face canvas tote bag you will get 10% off of everything* that fits in your bag.

We still encourage you to use your freckle face tote bag daily for things like groceries, library books, all your necessities for the trip to grandma's house, etc. It is a washable bag too, so you can keep re-using it over and over again.

For those of you that did not receive a free tote bag, we will have more available for sale in mid-October (for a limited time only).

Young Yoga - Saturday October 11th

Core Concepts comes back to freckle face for our first fall exercise class.

During this fun morning class kids will learn yoga bends, twists, stretches, animal poses and more.

Afterwards, kids can stick around and make a fall craft.

Free Halloween Pumpkin Decorating - October 31st

Kids come to freckle face and decorate your very own pumpkin to take home with you.

We will host this fun event all day long so those of you that have school can come afterwards.

Trick or treating is encouraged.

There are so many new things at freckle face now!

With our new location we have expanded our product categories.

In strollers we carry Bugaboo, Orbit Baby (shown at left), Bumbleride, and Baby Planet.

Did you know Baby Planet strollers are 100% recyclable?

In furniture we have brought in the nursery & bedding lines of Argington and Stokke as well as bedding from Dwell Studio & Q Collection Junior (all organic).

In bath we have the European style wash pod, the Frog Pod Deluxe (bath toys & scooper for the tub) and a fabulous Potty Bench from Boon.

In the baby care category we have expanded the BumGenius line by adding the organic BumGenius diapers, both the flannel & bamboo baby wipes, and the chrome diaper sprayer. For those of you not quite ready for the cloth diaper commitment, we also offer Gdiapers. Gdiapers are flushable and much, much less harmful to the environment than regular disposable diapers.

In the feeding category we have great travel snack packs from Innobaby, the feeding palette from SkipHop and other modern feeding plates and utensils from Boon.(all phthalate and Bisphenol A free too!!).

For toys we offer the Green Toys line (all the toys are made out of recycled milk jugs), Zid Zid & DeGlingos plush (shown below), Hip from Holland cardboard homes & forts, and lots more still coming.

freckle has added the Think Baby product line to our ever growing eco-friendly category.

Think Baby products are made of PES plastic which is a softer plastic that is free of bisphenol-A, pvc, lead, phthalates,and nitrosamines.

The bottles come in both 5oz & 9oz sizes and are all wide neck bottles. They have a patented venting system which reduces colic, and the nipples are made of a high grade silicone. The bottles are sold in packages of 2. The 5oz bottles retail for $16.49 and the 9oz bottles retail for $16.99.

The 9oz trainer cup has a high grade silicone spout, comes with easy to hold handles, and a travel cap to minimize spillage. This cup retails for $8.99.

All of the products are dishwasher safe (top rack only).



Just in...Green to Grow baby bottles.

Green to Grow baby bottles are made from PES plastic, which gives them a natural golden color.

They are free of bisphenol A - a suspected hormone-disrupting chemical used in polycarbonate plastic, from which most baby bottles are made.

These bottles are independently tested in the U.S. for bishpenol A, phthalates and lead.

Each bottle includes a beginner (slow flow, 0-3mos) nitrosamine-free silicone nipple. The bottles are dishwasher safe (top rack), and come in 2 sizes : 5oz & 10oz, regular neck & wide neck.

The nipples are made from a transparent, medical grade silicone that is heat-resistant, non-toxic, and odorless. They are free of nitrosamines, a potenially harmful contaminent found in many rubber nipples and they are dishwasher safe. Replacement nipples come three nipples per package.
